Yukiya Amano talked about the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) structure and role in the international community. He said that the agency was committed to resolving the Iran nuclear issue through diplomatic means. He also outlined IAEA’s other interests, including including nuclear technology for medical purposes. After his speech he was interviewed by Mark Fitzpatrick, and answered questions from audience members.
