Martin Regalia and Randy Johnson spoke to reporters at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce annual Labor Day briefing on the group’s top economic issues for businesses. Mr. Regalia said the economy ws gradually improving after four years of “lackluckster” growth. He also said Congress should vote to raise the debt limit and not “play around with full faith and credit” of the U.S. . Mr. Johnson focused on environmental regulations, health care, and immigration reform. close
