Telephone lines were open for viewer responses to the question, “Did President Obama mislead the public over the Affordable Care Act?”

Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, talked by telephone about a new Quinnipiac survey that says American voters disapprove of President Obama’s performance by 54 to 39 percent, the worst marks of his presidency in the history of this poll. Voters also said 52 to 44 percent that the president was not honest and trustworthy. The poll indicated that only 19 percent of voters said the quality of care they and their families receive would improve in the next year because of the health care law.

At the conclusion of the program C-SPAN Radio’s Nancy Calo previewed the Sunday morning talk shows. close
