House Intelligence Committee Chair Mike Rogers (R-MI) and House Budget Committee Ranking Member Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) talked about U.S. interests in Syria and Iran, and how they converge with those of Russia and Israel. Representative Rogers said he believed the deal to freeze parts of Iran’s nuclear program had upset a strategic balance with Arab allies of the U.S.
