The Heritage Foundation sponsored a forum on methods to improve inner city schools and to assess what role American business and African-American business leaders can play in improving American schools. Issues raised in the forum included school choice proposals, initiatives that would provide vouchers to parents to allow them to place their children in public or private schools. The speakers responded to questions from the audience following their prepared remarks. close
