Following the Federal Open Market Committee meeting, Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen held her first news conference. She said the target of 6.5 percent unemployment would no longer be a threshold. Instead, the Federal Open Market Committee would monitor a wide range of indicators before approving an interest rate hike.
