    The House Veterans' Affairs Committee held a hearing on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) inspector general’s report on long wait times for health care and other concerns at the Phoenix, Arizona, VA Medical Center. VA Secretary Robert McDonald provided an update on the actions he had taken to fix the problems in Phoenix and through whole department. He said all recommendations were being adopted and should be completed by 2016.
