Gary Shapiro, Mark Fields, and Michael O’Reilly talked about developments in consumer technology in 2015. They were interviewed at the 2015 International CES, a consumer electronics show sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association, held on January 6-9, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This was the first episode in a Communicators series of interviews from the CES on developments in communications, television, the Internet, and consumer technology, and the related policy issues.

CEA President Gary Shapiro talked about the technology shown at CES. Ford Motor Company President Mark Fields discussed technology in cars, including driverless cars and how car companies have incorporated communications into vehicles. FCC Commissioner Michael O’Rielly talked about what he had seen at the CES show and issues before the FCC, including net neutrality. close
