Governor Scott Walker (R-WI), a potential candidate for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, talked about his political background in Wisconsin and on his three priorities, “Growth, Reform and Safety.” He ended his remarks by stating that although he had not officially announced his candidacy for 2016 presidential election, what would separate him from the pack was the fact that he was both “a fighter and a winner.” Governor Walker began his remarks by condemning the actions of the shooter responsible for the deaths in Charleston, South Carolina’s Emanuel A.M.E. Church, while refusing to use the shooter’s name. He spoke at the Faith and Freedom Coalition’s “Road to Majority” conference held June 17-20, 2015, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. close
