NASA scientists and researchers at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Maryland showed off the closest and most detailed photographs of the dwarf planet Pluto and its moons. The pictures were from NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft, which on July 14, 2015, had successfully passed by Pluto, some three billion miles from Earth. close
