Legal experts previewed some of the major cases expected to come before the U.S. Supreme Court during the term starting October 5, 2015. The cases discussed included: redistricting, abortion across states, mandatory union dues for government employees, and a revisit of the Hobby Lobby case and exceptions to Affordable Care Act fines. Erin Murphy explained a Tyson Foods case on the donning and dophing of protective clothing worn by employees that ultimately leads to varying overtime payments by the company.
