Secretary of Commerce Barbara Franklin spoke at a forum on U.S.-Japanese business relations spoke on methods to bring the U.S. and Japanese governments closely together to allow more U.S. exports to Japan. Ms. Franklin introduced her agenda for U.S. commerce in the coming years, which she said was part of the vision of President Bush. The U.S. Japan Business Council sponsored the event. close
