Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy talked about the implications of the Paris climate change agreement. She outlined her role at the U.N. Climate Change Conference and stressed the importance of climate change adaptation and environmental technology. She also talked about the Obama administration’s Clean Power Plan, saying she was confident the federal court would not block the rule.
