Fiscal Year 2017 Budget

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew testified at a Senate Finance Committee hearing on President Obama’s fiscal year 2017 budget proposal. He answered question on Puerto Rico’s debt crisis, tax code reform, and a proposal for a new tax on oil.
