John Law moderated a discussion at the National Governors Association Winter Meeting on how states attract foreign and domestic investment. The panelists discussed what companies look for and what states can do to meet the needs of businesses. Two of panelists, one from Missouri and the other from Tennessee, gave presentations on their states' efforts to attract new businesses. close
