Michael Botticelli talked about ways that the federal and state governments could work together on opioid addiction and treatment. Topics included the number of infants born with drug withdrawal and the bipartisan “Protecting Our Infants Law of 2015.” After his speech he answered questions from other lieutenant governors in attendance.
