Less than a week before the UK referendum on European Union membership, the Heritage Foundation hosted a discussion with Margaret Thatcher’s former speechwriter on how she would have voted if she were still alive. This discussion comes a day after British Labour Member of Parliament Jo Cox was shot and stabbed to death, and campaigns for the referendum were halted. The referendum is set for June 23, 2016. close
