Attorney General Loretta Lynch spoke to Howard University students about community partnerships and policing. She reiterated that it was important to use recent tragedies involving police to open up discussion and be involved, but to not let those tragedies divide communities. Ms. Lynch also said that police forces need to “know the community in order to serve the community.” close
