Syrian Chemical Attack

Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Ben Cardin (D-MD) spoke to reporters about possible war crimes in Syria following reports of a previous-day chemical attack in a rebel-held stronghold. At the time of the briefing the death toll was at 72.
