The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee held a confirmation hearing for Morgan Lewis partner and labor attorney John Ring to be President Trump’s next member for the National Labor Relations Board. Questions focused on Mr. Ring’s thoughts on conflict of interest violations, workers' rights, and combating sexual misconduct. If confirmed by the Senate, he would serve a five-year term on the board. close
