The Senate Judiciary Committee held a confirmation hearing for President Trump’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) director nominee, Kenneth Canterbury, and three district courts nominees. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) accused him of being “evasive” with his answers and threatened to vote against his confirmation. close
