Charles Hyde, president and CEO of the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site, talked about Harrison’s life of leadership and his accomplishments while in office. Vice President of Curatorship Jennifer Capps gave a tour of the Harrison home, which displays some of the over 10,000 items from the Harrison family’s collection.
C-SPAN’s Local Content Vehicles (LCVs) made a stop in their “2019 LCV Cities Tour” in Indianapolis, Indiana, from September 21-27, 2019, to feature the history and literary life of the community. Working with the Charter cable local affiliate, they visited literary and historic sites where local historians, authors, and civic leaders were interviewed.
