America’s Digital Divide was one of the second-prize high school central division winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. Tyler Connaher, a twelfth grader at Bay Port High School in Greenbay, Wisconsin, produced this video on the 2020 theme, “What issue do you most want 2020 presidential candidates to address?”
C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. The local cable provider was Cox Communications. close
