John Bolton, President Trump’s former National Security Adviser, spoke with the Washington Post about his book, The Room Where it Happened. He talked about various moments during his 17 months working in the Trump administration, including a NATO summit where the president was very close to withdrawing from the alliance. Mr. Bolton described the incident as one of the most “disturbing” moments during his time in the administration. He also repeated claims in the book that the president had misused his office for political gain. close
