The American Bar Association held a virtual discussion with voting experts and election officials on the history of voting rights and the security of mail-in ballots. The panelists, including Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman (R) and Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum (D), spoke about how the states were preparing for a large increase in early voting and mail-in ballots in the 2020 election due to the coronavirus pandemic.
