British Prime Minister Boris Johnson answered questions from members in the House of Commons on the coronavirus pandemic and the U.S. presidential election. The prime minister told members his conversations with President-elect Biden were “refreshing” and “exciting” when the two discussed transatlantic relations and climate change. Other questions focused on EU relations, the U.K.'s tourism industry, and financial support for small businesses during the U.K.'s 30-day lockdown, scheduled to last until December 2, 2020. close
