When asked about the proposed 28 percent corporate tax rate, the secretary said “there is room for compromise” and called on business leaders to “come to the table and problem-solve with us to come up with a reasonable, responsible plan.” In response to questions about a potential boycott of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, Ms. Psaki said, “Our position on the 2022 Olympics has not changed. We have not discussed and are not discussing any joint boycott with allies and partners.”
