Former President Trump announced a class action lawsuit against Facebook, Google, and Twitter and accused the tech companies of censoring his speech on their platforms. Mr. Trump was permanently banned from Twitter and suspended indefinitely from Facebook and Instagram for posts he made about the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. He spoke from his golf resort in Bedminster, New Jersey. close
