President Biden made remarks from the White House on his administration’s COVID-19 response. He announced the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had approved booster shots for Americans who got the Pfizer vaccine at least six months ago. The president said that those 65 and older, people with with health conditions, and frontline workers were eligible and should get a booster. He also said that scientists were still studying the data for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. close
