Wade. The first measure, the Women’s Health Protection Act, turns the 1973 Roe v. Wade abortion protections into law. It passed 219-210 with one Democrat opposing. The second bill guarantees the right to inter-state travel for abortion services, and it passed 223-205 with three Republicans joining all of the Democrats in favor.
