Witnesses Joan Spero, Under Secretary of State for Economic and Agricultural Affairs, and Winston Lord, Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, indicated the positive effect this ministerial summit may have on U.S. trade with Asia and the Pacific Rim. close
