CR, pp. H10119-H10507. The House disagreed to the Senate amendment to H.R. 3051, to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to establish minimum standards relating to air carrier passenger services and agreed to a conference. Consideration began on the H.R. 3100, to authorize international security and development assistance programs and Peace Corps programs for fiscal years 1988 and 1989. The House approved appropriations for the Department of Defense by agreeing to the conference report, H.R. 1748. close
