Oleg Kalugin, former KGB General Officer, spoke about the history of the U.S.S.R. over its sixty years existence. He emphasized communist ideology and why the Soviet Union collapsed. After his remarks, he took questions from the audience. This was the first in a four-part lecture series. Mr. Kalugin is also serving as a visiting scholar at Catholic University next January. close
