State Department Undersecretary for Political Affairs Peter Tarnoff. They answered committee questions concerning the past, present and future of U.S. Bosnia policy. They testified about the implementation of the peace process on several counts, including refugee repatriation and economic reconstruction. Mr. Tarnoff also answered many questions about the U.S. decision not to intervene when it realized that Bosnia was receiving arms shipments from Iran via Croatia in violation of the United Nations embargo. close
