Deb Fischer

Debra Lynelle Fischer is an American politician serving as the senior United States senator from Nebraska, a seat she has held since 2013. She was elected to the Senate in 2012 and reelected in 2018. Fischer previously served in the Nebraska Legislature, representing the 43rd legislative district for two terms from 2005 to 2013. She is a member of the Republican Party and the first woman elected to a full term as a U.S. senator from Nebraska. Wikipedia*
