Russ Fulcher

Russell M. Fulcher is an American politician who served in the Idaho Senate where he represented Legislative District 21 from 2005 to 2012 and Legislative District 22 from 2012 until 2014. A member of the Republican Party, he ran for Governor of Idaho in 2014 but lost the nomination to incumbent Butch Otter. Wikipedia*
