Rod Blum

Rodney Leland Blum is an American businessman and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Iowa's 1st congressional district from 2015 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, he was first elected in 2014 and won a second term in the 2016 elections. Blum was defeated for reelection in 2018 by Democrat Abby Finkenauer. Wikipedia*
