David W. Jolly

David Wilson Jolly is an American attorney, former lobbyist, and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Florida's 13th congressional district, based in Pinellas County, from 2014 to 2017. A former Republican, he served as general counsel to his predecessor, Republican Bill Young. He won the race for Young's seat in a special election against Democrat Alex Sink. Wikipedia*
