Frank C. Guinta

Frank Christopher Guinta is an American businessman and politician who represented New Hampshire's 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 2011 to 2013 and from 2015 to 2017. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the mayor of Manchester, New Hampshire from 2006 to 2010. He is identified by National Journal as a moderate. Wikipedia*
