Bennett Boskey

Bennett Boskey was an American lawyer who clerked first for Judge Learned Hand, and starting in 1940 for two U.S. Supreme Court justices. He helped to craft the standing doctrine in Ex parte Quirin which enabled the Supreme Court to hear the case against military saboteurs, which has had legal implications during the War on Terror in the first two decades of the 21st Century.
