Charles C. W. Cooke is the editor of 'National Review Online'. He took the role over after Rich Lowry stepped down in June, 2016 . Cooke is the author of 'The Conservatarian Manifesto' and a frequent guest on HBO's 'Real Time with Bill Maher'. In addition to 'National Review', he has written for the 'New York Times', the 'Washington Post', and the 'Los Angeles Times'. Along with Kevin D.
