John Kirk Singlaub is a highly-decorated former OSS officer and a retired Major General in the United States Army, and a founding member of the Central Intelligence Agency . He was a joint founder, with Democratic Congressman Larry McDonald , of the Western Goals Foundation, a bipartisan conservative private intelligence dissemination network support by prominent individuals from both the Democratic and Republican political parties as well as the foreign policy and national security establishment in Washington, D.C.
