Kendra Horn

Kendra Suzanne Horn is an American attorney, politician, and activist representing Oklahoma's 5th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, since 2019. She is the first Democrat to be elected to the 5th district seat in 44 years, the first Democrat to be elected as a Member of the House of Representatives from Oklahoma in 8 years, the first Democratic woman elected to Congress from Oklahoma, and the third woman elected as a Member of the House of Representatives from Oklahoma.
