Kyrsten Lea Sinema is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Arizona-9, first elected in 2012. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served in both chambers of the State Legislature, being elected to the Arizona House of Representatives in 2004 and the Arizona Senate in 2010.
