MICHAEL KIERAN REILLY

Michael Kieran Reilly , was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from 1913–1917 and again from 1930–1939, serving Wisconsin's 6th District. He initially served two terms before losing a re-election bid to Republican James H. Davidson, and then returned to Congress following the death of Florian Lampert. Wikipedia*
