Rick Nolan

Richard Michael "Rick" Nolan is an American politician and member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party who has been the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 8th congressional district since 2013 and previously served as the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 6th congressional district from 1975 to 1981.
