Ronald K. L. Collins
Ronald K.L. Collins is the Harold S. Shefelman Scholar at the University of Washington School of Law and was a scholar at the Washington, D.C., office of the First Amendment Center from 2002 to 2009. During his tenure there he wrote and lectured on freedom of expression and oversaw the online library of the First Amendment Center’s website.
