Vance Hartke

Rupert Vance Hartke was a Democratic United States Senator from Indiana from 1959 until 1977. In 1994, he was indicted by a grand jury in Indiana for polling violations. As part of a plea agreement, Hartke received a six-month suspended sentence. Wikipedia*
