Doug Smith announced that the judges in the two absentee ballot application cases would release their rulings at 12:30 p.m.

Court officials announced that Judge Terry Lewis’s ruling would be announced at approximately 12 noon. It was not known when Judge Nikki Clark’s ruling would be ready.
