Democratic presidential candidate and author Marianne Williamson met with voters at a cafe in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, part of her first trip to the state since declaring herself a 2024 presidential hopeful. She talked about why she was running for president, and laid out some of her campaign platforms, including a focus on boosting opportunities for workers to unionize. Ms. Williamson was hosted by the owner of a local cafe, Joanna Kelley, who also served as the Democratic assistant mayor of Portsmouth. Following her remarks, Ms. Williamson met and spoke with many of those in attendance.
